The regularly scheduled meeting of the Directors of the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen’s Association Inc. was called to order by the Association President, Mr. Glenn E. Klingenberger at the Barnard Firemen’s Exempt Club located in Greece, NY on the above date. The assembly was led by the Association President in the Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag and a moment of silence was observed in honor of the deceased members of the Association.
The “Attitude Adjustment Hour” commencing at 6:00 PM was followed directly by a Buffet Dinner prepared by the staff of the Barnard Exempts Facility.
Following dinner, the Association President, Mr. Glenn E. Klingenberger introduced the guests of the Association and wished all those attending a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Safe New Year.
There was a motion called for to pay the current financial obligations of the Association. 1st by Mr. A. Way. 2nd by multiple Directors in unison. The motion carried by voice acclimation.
With no additional business of the Association brought to the floor by the attending Directors….
There was then a motion called for to adjourn the meeting in favor of continuing the social interaction of the attending members and guests at 8:00 PM. 1st by Mr. K. Fuller. 2nd by multiple members in unison. The motion carried by voice acclimation.
