2022 ANNUAL MEETING NOTICE

 

NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS OF THE MONROE COUNTY VOLUNTEER FIREFIGHTERS ASSOCIATION

 

Pursuant to the order of the Board of Directors of the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen's Association (MCVFA), the NPCL (NYS Not-For-Profit Corporation Law), and the By-laws of the Monroe County Volunteer Firefighters Association, the Annual Meeting of members of the Association will commence on October 26, 2022, starting at 7 pm. The Annual Meeting will be held at the Rush Fire Department, 1971 Rush-Mendon Road, Rush, NY 14543. The purpose of the meeting is to consider and act on the matters of the election of the MCVFA President, MCVFA 1st Vice President,MCVFA Second Vice President, two (two) MCVFA Directors, Treasurer and Secretary, the approval or rejection of the Annual Budget of the MCVFA, and the transaction of such business as may be properly brought before the meeting.
