Eugene Renner

MCVFA Past Director

Penfield: September 18, 2017 at 89 years old.  Gene was a Past Director, Past Sgt-at-Arms and Life Member of the MCVFA. Gene also had a 40-year career at the American Can Company, worked at Embrey's Drugstore, drove school bus for Penfield Central Schools and was an active member of the Penfield Fire Company for over 60 years.

James K. Walsh

MCVFA Past Director and Past Secretary

Rochester: March 11, 2018 at 77 years old. Jim was a a Past Director and Past Secretary to the MCVFA. Jim was also a retired Commander of the United States Navy and a Past Chief of the Marine Fire Department of the Port of Rochester. 

 

 William Bostian

MCVFA Past 1st Vice President

 

West Webster, August 6, 2005. Bill was a past MCVFA Board of Director and 1st Vice President. Bill was also a Past Captain of the West Webster Fire Department and eventually a Lieutenant of the West Webster Fire Police. Unfortunately, Bill suffered a LODD. Robert G. Maid

MCVFA Past Board of Director

 

Brockport: Passed away peacefully on Tuesday May 15, 2018 at the age of 79. Along with being a Past Board of Director for the Monroe County Volunteer Firemen's Association, Robert was a Past President for the NYS Fire Police Association, a member of the Brockport Fireman's Exempts and a Volunteer Fireman for the Byron, S. Byron and Brockport Fire Departments.

David W. Schultz

MCVFA Past President 1998-2000

Hudson, NY: Passed away on July 25, 2018 at age 73. David was a Past President of the MCVFA and also a Past Trustee for the FASNY Firemen's Home. David was also a member of the Rochester Protectives and a Call Firefighter for the Kodak KAD Fire Department. 

Kenneth Fuller

MCVFA Past Director

Churchville - Age 70, entered into rest Jan. 1, 2019.  Ken was a member of the Churchville Fire Department, were he served as President and a member of the Fire Police Squad. Ken served as a Trustee, and on many committees with the Western New York Volunteer Fireman's Association, a Director with the Monroe County Volunteer Fireman's Association, Served on the Fire Police committee with FASNY and was a Past President of the Second Battalion and Monroe County Fire Police Associations.

 

Steven Little

MCVFA Past Director

Rochester, March 28, 2019 at the age of 64. Steve was Past Chief of the Point Pleasant Fire Department and was instrumental in forming the Pt. Pleasant Fire Explorer Post which was one of the first in Monroe County. Steve was also a member of NCNYFA, FASNY, NYSAFC, and MCVFA were he was a former Board of Director.
